for criminalizing the already traumatic experience of having a miscarriage. Way to completely warp systemics realities and deflect any critical understanding of “domestic violence” onto mourning women. How about legalizing a woman’s right to make decisions about her own body and life? How about providing safe, confidential health services to all pregnant women?
